Fill the Role can be used to send emails to applicants as well as to receive emails from applicants. There are different rules in place for each of these features.

Email to applicants

1. Emails entering the platform must be 35 megabytes or less in total size.
2. Emails entering the platform must have 10 or fewer attachments.

Email from applicants

1. Emails sent from the platform can have up to 8 megabytes of attachments, combined across all attached files.
2. Emails sent from the platform can have up to 5 file attachments.

By default all emails sent from the platform on your behalf are addressed from a sender named "Hiring Team"
