User Digests

Some notifications, particularly when a new applicant is received, may be sent more frequently than desired. As a less frequent, recurring update, you can schedule a "roll-up" of your new applicants through a user digest.
User digests can be scheduled for a selected time on selected days of the week, recurring on a weekly basis.
If your user account is deactivated or deleted your user digests will be halted.
New Applicant Digest
The new applicant digest is an email that contains information about new applications that entered the system since it was last sent. If it has not yet been sent, it will contain information since it was scheduled.
The email includes data regarding the first 20 roles that you are able to see in the platform. These roles are presented in the default order that they are shown on the roles list, ascending by title.
For each role shown the following counts are provided:
- total new applicants
- of those new applicants, how many remain in the applied stage
- of those new applicants, how many advanced from the applied stage
- of those new applicants, how many were rejected
If an applicant entered the system and subsequently was deleted they will not be counted in this email.
