    1. Why can't I delete a particular user?

A user in Fill the Role represents a person's access to the platform; creating a user for your colleague is the first step required to involve them in hiring activities. To manage users, the platform offers the following capabilities:

  • Invite a user
  • Edit a user1
  • Delete a user
  • Deactivate a user
  • Reactivate a user
  1. A user's password cannot be changed by another user.

Inviting Users

In order to invite a user you must specify a first name, last name, email address, and user role. To learn more about the user roles available in the platform refer to User Roles and Permissions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I delete a particular user?

In order to delete a user the following criteria must be true:

  • You must have adequate access based on your user role. See User Roles and Permissions for more details.
  • The user must not be able to manage billing.
  • They must not be the sole member of any role's hiring team
  • They must not be the sole hiring manager on any role's hiring team
