Billing Status
Your organization's billing status can be one of the following:
- Trial Active
- Trial Expired
- Subscription Active
- Subscription Expired
When your trial or subscription is expired the platform will switch into a read-only mode. After that point, to utilize the platform once more you will need to begin a new subscription. When a new subscription starts, the platform will switch back out of read-only mode.
Verification
When you first start using the platform your organization begins in an unverified status. While in this state, users in your organization are allowed to send applicants up to one email per minute. In order to send more emails than this, you must complete a verification process. Please contact support at [email protected] to complete this process.
Configuration
Automatically link new applicants
When enabled, if a new applicant enters the system and has the same email address as an existing applicant in the system, their applications will automatically be linked.
Some limitations apply to this functionality:
- The maximum number of applications that can be linked is 10. Auto-linking will not occur beyond that limit.
- If the existing applicant in the system is already linked to other applications and any of those other applications use a different email address, auto-linking will not occur.
- If there are multiple unlinked applicants in the system with the incoming email address, auto-linking will not occur.
Restrict role visibility
When enabled, users with a user role below administrator can only see roles in the system where they are a member of its hiring team. This restricts visibility of roles as well as the ability to take actions on all applications associated with these roles.
If linked applications belong to some visible roles and some roles that are not visible, users can only take action on the applications associated with the roles that are visible. Linked applications on roles that are not visible will be presented in a redacted manner.
When viewing a user profile of a user who is involved on the hiring team of a role that is not visible, users will be presented with a redacted representation of the role.
